Original Paintings

Preston Steed has been painting original watercolors professionally since 1980. Steed excelled in drawing all his life which lead him to seek a degree in commercial art. During his undergraduate work, he became enamored with watercolor painting and spent his energy developing technique and personal style, which continue to evolve. The content and composition or his watercolor paintings reflect his lifetime of travel within the United States and overseas. The images are his primary language and his greatest opportunity to express himself. He hopes that these original paintings are common ground that he can share with the viewer as he strives to make the content as meaningful to you, his audience, as it is to him.
